At the helm of MUSAWAH's grassroots infrastructure stand leaders committed to service, development, and national progress.
Honourable Minister of Defence & Grand Patron
MUSAWAH 4 Y-D Initiative was founded as a grassroots socio-political and development movement to support the leadership vision and developmental ideals of Gen. Christopher Gwabin Musa (Rtd). His visionary approach to public service and inclusive governance inspired the creation of this movement.
A distinguished military officer, patriot, and Honourable Minister of Defence, his commitment to national security and youth development continues to serve as the guiding light for the Initiative's dual mandate of political mobilization and community empowerment.
His core philosophy emphasizes that true development can only be achieved through unity, active community participation, and organized grassroots political engagement.
National Coordinator, MUSAWAH 4 Y-D Initiative
The Initiative is led by a team of dedicated individuals committed to advancing its vision and objectives. At the helm is Amb. Dr. Polycarp Danladi Gankon, a distinguished civic-political leader, diplomat, and development advocate.
Under his leadership, the organization has expanded its structures, strengthened grassroots networks, built strategic partnerships, and positioned itself as a growing socio-political force — with over 26,446 active grassroots officials and mobilizers driving the Renewed Hope agenda across Kaduna State.
His commitment: mobilizing for political participation, building stronger communities, empowering young people and women, and advancing peace, unity, and national progress.
